In 2007, Rocky Russell and Phillip Wainwright formed the company. Rocky has more than sixteen years of experience as a master builder and developer of fine residential properties and multi-family complexes. He is a licensed general contractor with an unlimited residential/commercial license. In addition, Rocky has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003. Phillip Wainwright has also been a licensed real estate agent since 2003. He serves as the company's Broker in Charge. David Lever joined the firm in 2009 as a partner, bringing seven years of residential real estate experience to the team. Each agent contributes their own unique professionalism and insights to the team. Our experienced agents share up-to-date, insightful information on the local market with buyers and sellers.
